Rob Depaoli has been a Realtor since 2013, involved in the closing over $800,000,000 in real property transactions. Rob specializes in buyer and seller representation, luxury home development, and investment properties across the United States. Rob earned Rookie of the Year in his first full year as an agent in 2013, and is recognized on the State level as the #262 producing agent out of 465,000 by the Wall Street Journal in 2021.

Rob bought his first piece of real estate at 26 and has invested in single-family homes, apartment buildings, and commercial and short-term rentals in California, Tennessee, and Nevada. Rob is currently involved in a 100-home development in Sparks, Nevada and has invested in spec development and renovation projects in Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Hawthorne, and Nashville. Rob holds a Business Administration major with an emphasis in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
